The Matsumoto-Takayama High-Value-Added Tourism Destination Creation Promotion Council has established the Matsumoto-Takayama High-Value-Added Tourism Destination Creation Promotion Council as a guideline for the Matsumoto-Takayama High-Value-Added Tourism Destination Creation Promotion Council to help all concerned parties share an understanding of the vision of the entire region, its inherent value, the challenges and solutions for increasing the value added by the tourism industry, and to consider and implement specific future projects to create a high value-added tourism destination. The guidelines were formulated to ensure that all parties concerned have a common understanding of the vision of the region as a whole, its inherent values, and the issues and solutions for creating high added value in the tourism industry, and to provide guidelines for considering and implementing specific future tourism region development projects (Uri, Yado, Hito, Kone, Ashi).
